喷水双螺杆工艺气体压缩机振动特性实验研究

摘要: 喷水螺杆工艺气体压缩机的振动是影响其长期可靠运行的关键指标,振动幅度的要求也日趋严苛。 针对喷水螺杆工艺气体压缩机振动进行了研究,基于正交设计实验测量分析了压缩机运行参数如运行转速、排气压力、喷水量和轴承供油量对振动的影响。分析结果表明,随着运行转速和排气压力的升高,压缩机转子轴系不平衡力增加,气流脉动幅值增大,压缩机振动也不断增大;随着喷水量的增加,压缩机振动先减小后趋于平稳,存在实现最小振动的最佳喷水量;随着轴承供油量的增加,压缩机振动缓慢增加。 运行转速和排气压力是影响压缩机振动的关键因素,而喷水量和轴承供油量对振动的影响效果最小,为压缩机振动优化控制指明了方向

Abstract: Vibration is a key indicator affecting the long-term reliable operation of water-injected process gas twin screw compressor, and the requirements for vibration amplitude are becoming increasingly stringent. The vibration of a water-injected process gas twin screw compressor is studied in this paper. Based on orthogonal design, the influence of different operating parameters of compressor such as rotating speed, discharge pressure, volume flow of injected water and bearing oil supply on vibration are measured experimentally and analyzed. The results show that with the increase in rotating speed and discharge pressure, the unbalanced force of compressor rotor shafting increases, the gas pulsation amplitude increases and the compressor vibration increases. With the increase in volume flow of injected water, the vibration decreases first and then tends to be stable. There is an optimal volume flow of injected water for the minimum vibration of compressor. With the increase in bearing oil supply, the vibration of compressor increases gradually. Rotating speed and discharge pressure are the key factors affecting the compressor vibration, while the volume flow of injected water and bearing oil supply have the minimum impact on vibration. The direction of the optimization and improvement of compressor vibration is pointed out.
